JOHANNESBURG - The City of Johannesburg speaker Colleen Makhubele has given the go-ahead for an external preliminary investigation into the city's anti-corruption unit.
Makhubele has accused former executives of using the City's Group Forensics and Investigation Service to sanction bogus probes into councillors.
