Joburg gas explosion | Businesses forced to keep their doors closed

JOHANNESBURG - Some businesses near the Bree Street Taxi Rank and on other affected streets remain closed.

This after an underground explosion ripped through Johannesburg's central business district.

Black Business Council President, Kganki Matabane, says small businesses have been severely impacted by the closure.

"The explosion has actually negatively affected a lot of small businesses," he said.
