Joburg Floods | CoJ wants State of Disaster declared

JOHANNESBURG - A State of Disaster in Johannesburg. That’s if Joburg Mayor Mpho Phalatse gets her way.

Sixteen people have been killed while many others have been left destitute in floods that have lashed the area recently.

Phalatse revealed the financial toll is estimated at R300m 

With more storms forecast, things could change quickly.
