JOHANNESBURG - A Committee of Inquiry into the deadly Joburg blaze is being set up.
Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi says he is working with the Justice Minister to get it done.
Over 70 people were killed and about 55 others hospitalised.

Seven of the victims were children.
The government building is believed to have been leased to an NGO but was later hijacked.
Lesufi wants to know who must take responsibility and what the root cause was.
He also wants the inquiry to investigate the prevalence of hijacked buildings in the city.
