UPDATE: Januzs Walus to be deported to Poland

Walus is being deported after spending over 28 years behind bars for the assassination of the SACP leader back in 1993.

The SACP has released a statement where they reveal there was a meeting last night with a delegation led by deputy president, Paul Mashatile to inform the Hani family of Friday's developments.

The SACP's Alex Mashilo says justice is incomplete and there can be no closure.

Mashilo says Hani's daughter will be speaking to Walus before he gets deported back to Poland.
