SA recieves guarantees Libyans wont be punished
MBOMBELA - eNCA is reliably informed that South Africa has received guarantees from Libya that the 95 nationals who've been deported will not be punished.
Charges were dropped against them this week with Home Affairs tasked with facilitating the deportation process.
The Libyans were found at an illegal military camp after they were granted study visas.
In a statement Home Affairs has stated that the flight has been paid for by the Libyan government.
