IFP and DA sign service delivery agreement in KZN

DURBAN - The Inkatha Freedom Party and Democratic Alliance in KwaZulu-Natal have signed a cooperation agreement in hung councils across the province.

This is seen as the start of a bigger partnership ahead of next year’s highly-anticipated general elections.

If they succeed in working together, it could unseat the ruling ANC in the province.
