JOHANNESBURG - The PAC says it's unbelievable that government has not compensated the victims of the Sharpeville massacre.

They're calling on the government to probe why this is so.

It's been 64 years since the protests, that saw the apartheid government tighten its screws.

The day is in memory of those killed during the 1960 anti-pass law protests.

PAC SG Apa Pooe says even under democracy, the majority of black South Africans are still oppressed.
