Hillary Gardee murder suspects return to court

JOHANNESBURG - All four accused in the Hillary Gardee murder case return to court on Friday.

It is to determine whether the trial will be heard in the High Court.  

Sipho Mkhatshwa, Philemon Lukhele, Alberts Gama, and Hlabirwa Rassie Nkuna face charges of murder, rape, and kidnapping.

Gardee went missing at the end of April.

Her body was found a few days later near a road in Sabie, outside Mbombela.
