HAMMANSKRAAL - The City of Tshwane says it is working to fix the problem including upgrading the Rooiwal Water Treatment Plant - which will ensure that residents have clean portable water for consumption.
The City authorities say they are still waiting to appoint a contractor to complete phase 1 of the 70% done at the plant by a previous contractor.
However, for Hammanskraal residents relying on water tanks in the area has also become problematic.
The tankers do not always come according to schedule.
