Gwarube outlines her plans for the education sector

JOHANNESBURG - Despite receiving a significant share of the budget – education in South Africa remains unequal and wanting.

The South African education system has crumbling infrastructure, even pit toilets, overcrowded classrooms and poor outcomes when it comes to maths and reading.

Basic Education Minister, Siviwe Gwarube discussed her plans for the sector with eNCA.
