JOHANNESBURG - The new Electricity Minister must be an exceptional leader to solve the country's power crisis.
That is according to Minister in the Presidency, Mondli Gungubele.

"It should be a capable leader," Gungubele said.
"I think the President will take that into account," he adds.
The country is waiting to hear who will be chosen for the portfolio.
