HARARE - The Zimbabwe government has vowed to bring change to Harare.
This as it is promising that a commission of inquiry into the operations of the Harare City Council will bring sanity to the city.

This commission was initiated last year by Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
Despite investigations underway opposition-run Harare council said the government needs to give it the means to deliver services.
