JOHANNESBURG - Government owes it to South Africans to be transparent and account for the energy crisis.
That is the concession from Electricity Minister, Kgosientsho Ramokgopa.
He was giving an update on implementation of the Energy Action Plan, introduced by the President in July last year.

Ramokgopa says the power system is under significant strain.
The Minister says that Eskom has not been able to stabilise the power grid because of its balance sheet and budget.
