Government of National Unity | "ANC is negotiating in good faith"

JOHANNESBURG - Escalating tensions between the ANC and DA are threatening the formation of the Government of National Unity. 

In response to an ANC letter on Monday, the DA has penned a letter reminding the ANC that the DAs participation in governments in KZN and Gauteng are dependent on its participation in the national one. 

The DA has given suggestions regarding a source of contention which is how proportional representation would work.

One of the ANC's NEC Member, Buti Manamela discussed this with eNCA.
