GNU | Ramphele hoping ANC will learn to be servant leaders

JOHANNESBURG - Tutu Trust Chair Mamphela Ramphele says the people forced the ANC into a Government of National Unity.

She says the coalition can work if every party and politician plays their part.

Ramphela hopes it will also help heal the wounds of the past which she says the ANC has failed to deal with.

She says the ANC will now learn what it is to be servant leaders.

"I believe that a Government of National Unity at this stage of course it is going to have to be anchored by principles that don’t take us back and we the people must hold that government accountable," she said.
