JOHANNESBURG - President Ramaphosa needs to take a stand and use his powers to announce his Cabinet.

The nation has been eagerly waiting for him to announce members of his executive.

The DA has made its demands known, saying it wants at least 12 ministerial positions.

But, the ANC is slamming these demands as outrageous.
