The party's Chief Whip, Pemmy Majodina wants ANC MP Sibusiso Kula to be recalled from the National Assembly.

Kula stands accused of murdering his wife, Jennifer Mohlomi in November last year.

Kula was denied bail and will be back in court on 24 February.
