GBV Epidemic | Activists call on government to do more

JOHANNESBURG - A woman is killed by her intimate partner every six hours in South Africa.
Although statistics have over the years shown a decrease in the killing of women by their intimate partners, activists believe authorities are still not doing enough.
The femicide rate in the country remains five times higher than the global average.
