DURBAN - Four men have been shot dead by police in Durban on Wednesday.
Colonel Robert Netshiunda shared some of the details with eNCA.
Colonel Netshiunda said, "Four suspects were shot and fatally wounded; they were all inside the vehicle. One (suspect) was injured, jumped out of the moving vehicle (and) was shot at because he was shooting as well."
"He was found with a firearm. Also in the vehicle, a firearm was found which belongs to policemen."
Netshiunda said the men were intercepted on their way to commit a "hit" on a businessman.
