JOHANNESBURG - Several former Transnet bosses are back at the Palm Ridge Specialised Commerical Crimes Court.
They include former CEO Brian Molefe and CFO Anoj Singh.
They're implicated in a dodgy advisory tender.

The tender was awarded to a McKinsey-led consortium in 2012.
Regiments Capital was irregularly onboarded and ended up benefitting from the irregular appointment.
The accused also face charges linked to more than R90-million paid to Trillian Asset Management in 2015.
