EASTERN CAPE - Former South African Airways board member, Yakhe Kwinana, is back in the East London Magistrate's Court, applying for bail.
The application was postponed on Monday, after the state requested more time to profile her.
The state is expected to oppose bail.
But Kwinana’s attorney argues that keeping his client in custody will cause “further prejudice and harm.”
Kwinana was arrested in Gauteng last week on charges of extortion, theft, malicious damage to property, and pointing a firearm.
These relate to activities in East London.
