Yakhe Kwinana
JOHANNESBURG - Former SAA board member and accountant Yakhe Kwinana is back in the Johannesburg Specialised Commercial Crimes Court.
She faces fraud charges relating to the irregular awarding of an auditing contract, which cost SAA millions of rand.
Kwinana is accused of failing to disclose that her company had previous contractual agreements, with with entities that were eventually awarded SAA tenders.
She is out on R20,000 bail after handing herself over to police last year.
