Mashaba rubbishes Gwamanda blame
JOHANNESBURG - Go check the audit reports says former Joburg mayor Herman Mashaba.
This is his response to outgoing mayor Kabelo Gwamanda, who has engaged in blaming his predecessors for his failed administration.
Gwamanda resigned earlier this week, and claims the collapse of service delivery started under Mashaba, who served as mayor from 2016 to 2019 while under the DA.
