JOHANNESBURG - The case against former Eskom contractor Michael Lomas has been postponed to the third of December.
Lomas made another appearance before the Palms Ridge Magistrate's court on Monday.
He faces 65 counts of corruption linked to the R1.4 billion, meant for the upgrade of Eskom’s Kusile power station.
Lomas landed in South Africa on 20 September, following his extradition from the United Kingdom.
