JOHANNESBURG - The trial of self-confessed rapist and killer Sifiso Mkhwanazi has drawn to a close, with the defense concluding its arguments.
This after the court agreed to withdraw one count of rape dating back to 2021.
Mkhwanazi is accused of murder after going on a revenge killing spree of six sex workers.

The bodies of the women were discovered in a Johannesburg panelbeating workshop in October 2022.
The defence has now closed its case, with final arguments expected on 28 February.
