Festive season safety | Authorities warn revelers to be safe
DURBAN - Authorities are warning visitors to coastal holiday destinations to not pick up hitchhikers.
They are also appealing to beachgoers to listen to lifeguards.
KZN police commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi says they will be coming down hard on people who break the law.
He also warned against abusing alcohol.
