JOHANNESBURG - Suspended Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane says she has reported her allegations of bribery and extortion to the police and the Hawks.
She claims the now deceased ANC member of parliament, Tina Joematt- Petterson, ANC Chief Whip Pemmy Majondina and the chair of her section 194 inquiry, Richard Dyantyi demanded a R600,000 bribe from her husband to make her impeachment inquiry matter go away.
On Tuesday, Mkhwebane held a media where she made these scathing allegations.
Mkhwebane says her husband recorded his meetings with Joematt-Petterson, which took place in March.
