JOHANNESBURG - Eskom's Chief Procurement Officer Jainthree Sankar says they are investigating the R500-million security tender that was awarded to Fidelity.
Sankar has been talking to Scopa who is meeting with the Eskom board on Tuesday.
She has confirmed the security work was done without a report declaring an emergency.
"I can confirm that in the procurement pack, there is no report. There is only mention of that report in the emergency declarations, so there is no attached report even to the submission to the committee," she said.
