Eskom suspends blackouts for Sunday

JOHANNESBURG - Eskom has suspended blackouts for Sunday.

The embattled power utility has been implementing various stages of rolling blackouts for the past few weeks.

The power utility says it will publish a statement about this week's power cuts later on Sunday.

Loadshedding has been suspended at 12:00 today. Eskom will this afternoon publish a statement about the loadshedding profile for next week.
