Eskom recovers R30m unlawfully paid to Molefe's pension fund

JOHANNESBURG - Eskom has recovered R30 million unlawfully paid into its pension and provident fund to boost Brian Molefe's pension.

This comes after a High Court re-affirmed an earlier judgment setting aside an early retirement agreement between Molefe and Eskom.
