Eskom Exemption | Winde: SA needs to say 'this is not on'

JOHANNESBURG - Treasury should do more to monitor finances and ensure good governance at Eskom.

That is according to Western Cape Premier Alan Winde.

He says corruption is a plague that is killing everything in its path, including service delivery.

This as Treasury grants Eskom exemption from revealing its irregular and wasteful expenditure.
