Eskom escalates power cuts to Stage 4 until Friday

JOHANNESBURG - Stage 4 blackouts will be implemented from 4pm on Thursday until 5am on Friday.

Thereafter, Stage 3 power cuts will then be in place until Sunday morning.

Eskom says this is due to delays in the return to service of 7 generating units.
