JOHANNESBURG - The SA Human Rights Commission will today release its findings into the Enyobeni tragedy, in which 21 young people died.
The victims, aged between 14 and 20, died at a party in June 2022, while celebrating the end of their exams.
They were suspected of having inhaled deadly fumes.
Owners Siyakhangela and Vuyokazi Ndevu have already been found guilty, of selling alcohol to minors and have been given a R5,000 fine each or 100 days in prison.
The Human Rights Commission report delves deeper into the circumstances that may have led to the tragedy.
This is as an inquest is trying to determine who should be held responsible for the deaths.
