MDANTSANE, EASTERN CAPE - Enyobeni Tavern owners Vuyokazi and Siyakhangela Ndevu say they have been used as scapegoats because authorities are desperate to find someone to blame for the deaths of 21 youngsters at their establishment two years ago.
Ndevu took aim at former Chief Investigator Mxolisi Mqotyana claiming that the ex-cop didn't have proof that Ndevu was at the scene of the crowded venue with many children buying and consuming alcohol.
