Ekurhuleni Mayor Campbell slams opposition parties for meeting postponements

JOHANNESBURG - Ekurhuleni mayor, Tania Campbell has slammed opposition parties for a series of postponed council meetings.

She says this is worsening service delivery issues in the city.

The council sat on Thursday with the motion of no confidence against the speaker, Raymond Dhlamini topping the agenda.

Coalition partners had previously removed Dhlamini, replacing him with EFF councillor Nthabiseng Tshivenga but the court ruled that Dhlamini be reinstated.
