JOHANNESBURG - The Eastern Cape Education Department has launched an internal investigation after a girl drowned in a pit toilet earlier this week at her pre-school.
Her mother is now seeking justice for 4-year-old Langalam Viki.
NAPTOSA's Executive Director Basil Manuel says the tragedy occurred because of the department's inefficiency.
