Eastern Cape Floods | 10 dead, 4 missing

JOHANNESBURG - Ten people have died, and four others are missing following flooding in the Eastern Cape.

Heavy rains have washed away homes and caused billions in infrastructure damage.

Cooperative Governance MEC Zolile Williams has given an update on the extent of damage in the province.
