Easter Traffic | Unusually quiet roads in KZN

JOHANNESBURG - The N3 in KwaZulu-Natal hasn’t been as busy as expected around this time of the year.

Law enforcement officers have been deployed along routes that are known to have high traffic volumes ahead of the Easter Weekend.
