JOHANNESBURG - The Road Traffic Management Corporation says 158 vehicles have been impounded for driving without a permit over the Easter weekend.
The RTMC says this is a disturbing trend.

"That causes an inconvenience to the passengers who have paid for the service," said Simon Zwane, head of communications for the RTMC.
"We really want to urge the operators to do the right thing, get a proper permit."
