JOHANNESBURG - Drivers and owners of e-hailing services are planning a shutdown on Monday.
They say they are being exploited by low commissions.

They also say drop-off and pick-up points exposed them to life-threatening crimes.
They're calling on all users and drivers to switch off their phones.
The Soweto e-hailing association says companies are refusing to engage constructively with drivers.
