JOHANNESBURG - The first sitting of the Judicial Service Commission will finally go ahead.

This is after the High Court in Johannesburg dismissed the MK Party's bid to have it postponed.

The party was arguing that excluding John Hlophe from the sitting would be unconstitutional.
