TZANEEN - Deputy President Paul Mashaile had to receive medical attention after collapsing on Saturday.
Mashatile was giving an address at the 16th anniversary of N’waMitwa Day in N'waMitwa Village outside of Tzaneen.
Mashatile was nearing the end of his speech when he collapsed.
He had just addressed an audience, including Limpopo Premier Phophi Ramathuba.
According to Mashatile, N’waMitwa Day demonstrates the progress in advancing the constitutional values of gender equality, and non-sexism in the country.
This while paying tribute to Her Royal Highness Hosi, Dr N’waMitwa the second, who he says, has had a huge impact in advocating for women's rights.
