JOHANNESBURG - Six men charged with the murder of health whistleblower Babita Deokaran will return to court on Thursday.
She was gunned down outside her home last year.

The matter was postponed as the defence team had apparently not been paid.
A forensic report was also still outstanding at the time.

The accused face charges of murder, attempted murder, conspiracy to murder and illegal possession of firearms.
Deokaran was a high-ranking official in Gauteng Health’s Financial unit.
She was investigating a number of dodgy deals.
