JOHANNESBURG - The DA has suspended its Member of Parliament, Renaldo Gouws after a video of him using racist hate speech surfaced online.
An outraged public has put much pressure on the party.
The DA says it has established that the video is real, after suspecting it to be fake.
Gouws will appear before the party’s Federal Legal Commission on disciplinary charges.
In the video, Gouws uses the K-word, and calls for the killing of black people.
