CAPE TOWN - Cape Town job seekers have portrayed a bleak outlook as they continue struggling to secure employment.
The Employment and Labour Department hosted a jobs fair in Cape Town with the aim of connecting work-seekers and potential employers.
Statistics South Africa’s latest Quarterly Labour Force Survey shows the country’s official unemployment rate now stands at 32.1 percent.

The department says the efficacy of the initiative will be tracked.
Government also brought the message home that small businesses will play a vital role in creating 11 million new jobs by 2030.
