JOHANNESBURG - People in Soweto are living in fear, after two young boys were killed and mutilated.

They're calling for the Moroka police station to be shut, saying police rarely solve cases reported.
Local councillor Papi Chetsang described the fears of parents in the area, "you [parents] are not sure if your kid will come back from school."
"You're not sure that your kid will come back from playing outside. You're afraid of vehicles passing by because your child may be abducted."
"The gruesome thing that happened to the young kids could also happen to your child. It's disheartening to see mothers can't let their kids be free outside in our streets."
