Crime in SA | Four murder suspects shot dead in Durban

DURBAN - KwaZulu-Natal police have shot dead four suspects linked to the murder of a mother and her daughter in Inanda, Durban.

SAPS provincial police Spokesperson Robert Netshiunda said, "Two wanted CIT suspects have just been shot dead by KZN police in Verulam."

"Members from the provincial tracking team confronted the men before they allegedly opened fire."

"One suspect - armed with a rifle - escaped on foot. The other two died at the scene."

"Police had been hunting the gang 24/7 for almost three weeks."
