JOHANNESBURG - Fear is mounting across KwaZulu-Natal following two deadly shootings.
Five people were shot and killed during a drug bust in Morningside on Saturday while six people were shot dead in Umbumbulu.
The shootings come in the wake of the launch of an Easter Safety campaign by Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube.
The campaign is aimed at tackling crime and road fatalities during the holiday period.
Dube-Ncube says increases in gun-related crimes are concerning and police visibility will be increased in response.
