Liquor traders are taking on the provincial government over the controversial 'Midnight Law'.
Judgment in the matter between Liquor Traders and Limpopo government has been reserved.

Liquor traders says the regulations are malicious and are only meant to cripple small township businesses.
"We are very happy that the judge accordingly treated this as an urgent matter," said Lucky Ntimane.
"We are confident in the merits of the case we presented."
